I am currently thinking about changing the venue for this festival from Dunmore East to Tramore to the prom in Tramore as it would be a much more suitable location to launch the lanterns from and it is also easier for people from Waterford city to get to and from as the public transport is much more frequent.
So I would like everyone to vote as to which Location would they favour?
